With a decade of experience managing an Australian company with assets over USD 10 billion, he previously served as National Managing Director of CNOOC Australia. Currently, he is the President of the Australian Chinese Energy and Resources Association.

With 24 years of experience at SLB in various roles within the energy industry, Xipo Zhang has served as a Project Manager, Business Development Manager, Operations Manager, Director of the Global Sales Operations Center, Sales Manager, and Process and Governance Lead across China, the UK, and Australia. Xipo holds an MEng and a BSc Hons in Oil & Gas Field Development, as well as executive education in Business Analysis from Cambridge Judge Business School.

As the Co-founder and Chief Corporate Affairs & Marketing Officer of Infinite Green Energy, Yolanda has been at the forefront of pioneering green hydrogen development in Australia, driving sustainable energy solutions for the future.
Her strategic leadership has fueled business growth and market expansion across the Asia-Pacific region, fostering collaboration between Australia and China in advancing renewable energy initiatives.

With over 18 years of expertise in Contracts and Commercial management, Alan Wang is a seasoned specialist in the oil & gas, mining, and EPC industries. Currently, he serves as a Senior Contracts Specialist at Worley, where he leverages his extensive background to drive contract excellence and strategic outcomes. Prior to his role at Worley, he has held significant positions at renowned organizations such as Eni, Kiewit, and MCC in Australia.

With 26 years of experience at Chevron, including 15 years as a senior admin assistant for Chevron Australia's Executive team, Phoebe brings a wealth of administrative expertise. She holds a diploma in English studies and certificates in Business Management and Accounting. Recently retired, she is exploring new career paths. She is passionate about community engagement and advocates for Diversity & Inclusion. Outside of work, she volunteers extensively within multi-cultural community organisations and enjoys helping friends.

With around 20 years of experience in contracting and procurement roles within the oil and gas industry, Dongmei Zhou has worked as a Contract Specialist with ConocoPhillips in China and Australia. Currently, she is serving as a Procurement Category Lead with Santos.

Richard has extensive experience in commercial management, business development, and finance across diverse sectors, including international education, real estate, construction, resources, and renewable energy such as solar, wind, and green hydrogen. He currently leads a Perth-based consulting firm, providing business and investment advisory services. With over 30 years of corporate leadership experience, Richard has also served as a director for various private and pre-IPO public companies. He holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Engineering, an MBA in Finance, and a Master of Professional Accounting. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

With over 16 years of experiences within finance, taxation and M&A industry, Larry Xu has served asa Senior business consultant in Australia. Larry holds a BSc and M.Acc degree from Curtin University.

With over 8 years of experience in IT and procurement management within the oil and gas industry, Chase has honed his expertise to effectively support and serve the success of organisations. He holds a Master of Commerce and a PhD from the University of Western Australia (UWA). Chase ensures maximum engagement and effective information sharing for our members across all platforms.
